For more than a decade, Davido and Wizkid have been two of Africa’s most famous music artists. Despite their history of disagreements and social media feuds between their fan base, they appear to be getting along better than ever.
Davido revealed in a new interview with Beat FM that he has a friendly relationship with Wizkid, who contacts him frequently to check on him.
Davido, who recently released his fourth album ‘Timeless,’ revealed that he is in talks with Wizkid about a potential joint tour in 2023.
“I would be lying to you if I tell you that is not in the talks. It’s looking like next year. I think me and Wiz are probably going to drop a record. Shout out to my brother. He literally calls me every week and checks on me. Shout out to Wiz”

Wizkid had earlier revealed on his Instagram account that he would be going on tour with Davido after his ‘More Love, Less Ego’ tour in 2023. The news excited fans who for years have longed for a collaboration between the two megastars.
With Davido’s latest revelation, there will be renewed hopes for the possibility of a future collaboration between the two listeners’ favorites.
