Central Cee, a London-born rapper of Ecuadorian descent, has finally released his long-awaited studio album, “Let Go“.

Central Cee expresses his concerns and reflects on his interactions with an anonymous female in his emotional song “Let Go,” which makes him feel sad and upset. The beat of the song contains a sample of Passenger’s “Let Her Go” hit from February 2012, which inspired him to create a song like this.

Central Cee posted a TikTok snippet with the tagline “yay or nay” on December 8, 2022, and it received a lot of positive feedback.
Soon after, Central Cee removed it and stated that he would not distribute it because his fiancée Madeline Argy didn’t like the way he referred to women as “hoes.” Central Cee asked Madeline about her thoughts on the snippet, and she gave a straightforward response.

Madeline later changed her mind and chose to endorse the track “Let Go” in a TikTok video posted on December 11, 2022. Central Cee unexpectedly shared a clip from the song video on Instagram with the comment “tomorrow” a few days after Madeline changed her mind.
