Wizkid’s Manager, Jada Pollock Finally Reacts To His Double Grammy Loss

April 6, 2022

Wizkid‘s Manager and Baby mama, Jada Pollock has reacted to his double award loss at the 64th Grammy Awards.

She hooped on Twitter to inform The Recording Academy that is she upset with them for selecting Mother Nature album over Made In Lagos. In a now-deleted tweet on Twitter, Jada stated that the Recording Academy’s committee is full of opinions. She accused them of prioritizing their personal opinions over facts.

“When it’s all said and done facts speak louder than a committee full of opinions. I’ll just leave it here…”

Jada also listed a few of the achievements of the ‘Made In Lagos’ album, claiming that the facts are sufficient to earn Wizkid the Best Global Music Album award.

Recall that Wizkid’s ‘Made in Lagos’ album was overlooked at the 64th Grammy Awards, with Angelique Kidjo’s ‘Mother Nature’ winning Best Global Music Album. ‘Essence,’ his chart-topping ‘song of summer,’ was also overlooked in favour of Aftab’s single.

This news is coming hours after Naomi called out the Grammy for putting Wizkid’s song in the wrong Grammy category.
