Wizkid’s fourth studio album, ‘Made In Lagos’ is being considered for 10 categories in the forthcoming Grammy nominations.
The categories are; Album of the Year, Global Music Album, Engineered Album (Dro), Song of the Year (Essence), Record of the Year, Global Music Performance, Music Video, Melodic Rap Performance (Long Time), Best Rap and Producer of the Year (P2J). Recall the Global Music Album is the same category Burna boy’s Twice as Tall album made history at the 63rd Grammy Awards.
The exciting news about Wizkid‘s nomination was shared by his manager, Jada Pollock on her IG story. The nominations will be announced on Tuesday, 23rd of November, 2021. The 64th Grammy Awards show will be held on the 31st of January, 2022.
