Nigerian artist DRE returns with his new single titled “Nine2Five,” a relatable record inspired by the reality of working hard while still chasing bigger dreams.
Drawing from his own experience of working a 9-to-5, DRE uses “Nine2Five” to capture a phase many people can relate to — showing up every day, making a living and handling responsibilities without losing sight of the life they truly want.
Built around the message “grind today, ball tomorrow,” the song is about patience, ambition and believing that the work you put in today can eventually lead to something bigger.
“Nine2Five” was produced by Danexx, while Yung T beatz handled the mixing and mastering.
