Baddestoyoko Releases Debut EP “Too Good To Be Shy” Featuring J. Martins

Nigerian Afrobeat artist Baddestoyoko has officially released his debut EP, “Too Good To Be Shy,” a seven-track project that showcases his growth, confidence, and versatility as an artist. Released on July 24, the EP also features a special collaboration with Afrobeat veteran J. Martins, making it a major milestone in his career.

Built on modern Afrobeat sounds, “Too Good To Be Shy” explores themes of love, confidence, identity, and self-expression. Throughout the project, Baddestoyoko blends catchy melodies, vibrant rhythms, and African influences while showing his ability to move effortlessly between different styles.

The EP includes seven songs: “Joanna,” “Loving You,” “Sorry,” “Eruku,” “Nwakanwa,” “FGFB (Fyn Gal From Barbados),” and “Adaku,” which features J. Martins. One of the standout tracks is “Sorry,” an energetic Afrobeat record filled with memorable melodies and infectious rhythms.

For Baddestoyoko, “Too Good To Be Shy” is more than just a debut project. It reflects his personal journey of overcoming self-doubt and embracing his identity as an artist. The title represents his decision to stop holding back and confidently share his music with the world.
