EP: Leejah – Book Of Elijah (BOE)

Leejah delivers a powerful new body of work titled “BOOK OF ELIJAH (BOE) EP”, a 7-track project that blends Afrobeats, street culture, emotion, and deep storytelling.

This EP shows a new side of Leejah, as he shares real-life experiences about hustle, faith, pain, growth, and survival. It is more than just music — it feels like a street message for anyone chasing a better life.

Born Babatunde Oluwagbemiga Akanni, Leejah represents the new wave of Afrobeats artists coming out of Lagos. He has been building his sound since 2021, mixing Yoruba street vibes with emotional and melodic delivery.

The EP opens with “People,” a reflective track that sets the tone for the project. Songs like “Dapada” and “Prodigal” focus on growth, loyalty, and personal struggles. On “Connect,” he talks about ambition and human connection, while “Back To Sender” closes the project with strong spiritual energy and resilience.

The project also includes fan favorites like “Better Days” and “New Chapter,” which helped introduce his sound to a wider audience.

With “BOOK OF ELIJAH (BOE) EP,” Leejah fully shows his identity as a voice for the streets, combining raw emotion with smooth Afrobeats sound that connects both locally and globally.
