“Base One, whose real name is Isaac Sotunde, is a Nigerian artist hailing from Ogun State. He rose to prominence in 2015 with the release of his single ‘WEREY RE O,’ which garnered widespread popularity and earned him a nomination for the Headies Rookie of the Year award.

Base One has collaborated with renowned artists such as Davido, Olamide, Small Doctor, Phyno, CDQ, Vector, and Reminisce. Recently, he released a body of work titled ‘IRUNMOLÈ First Wave,’ with ‘WHO’S HOT’ emerging as a fan favorite from the EP. The track is produced by XBLAZE and directed by Lutch Media in the UK.
