In the midst of the ongoing controversy surrounding his former signee Mohbad’s demise, Naira Marley has experienced a significant setback, losing 500,000 followers on Instagram.
As many may recall, there have been videos and reports linking the head of Marlian Record label to alleged harassment of the late singer during his lifetime. Claims emerged that Naira Marley supposedly sent his associate, Sam Larry, to intimidate Mohbad, with a video showing Sam Larry and a group of individuals harassing Mohbad on set coming to light.
Clearly, fans who have expressed dissatisfaction with Naira Marley’s alleged involvement in the matter have begun unfollowing him in substantial numbers. His Instagram following has dwindled by over 500,000. As of the time of compiling this report, his account, which initially boasted 7.7 million followers, had significantly dropped to 7.2 million.
