Big Brother Naija Season 6 winner Hazel Oyeze Onoduenyi, also known as White Money, has spoken out about the viral story of Nigerian singer Burna Boy allegedly snubbing him at a Lagos party.
In February 2022, there were reports online that the Grammy-winning singer snubbed the reality TV star at an event.
In the viral video, Whitemoney is seen attempting to get Burna Boy’s attention but is stopped by his bodyguards who forbid him from approaching the singer.
After several failed attempts, Whitemoney and his bouncers walked away from the scene.

In a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, the reality TV star described the incident and stated that the singer did not ignore him.
WhiteMoney claimed he approached Burna Boy to greet him because he is a huge fan, but the African Giant’s bodyguards demanded to know why he was greeting the musician.
According to the reality TV star, he does not believe Burna Boy will see him and decline his greeting, and that it was his bouncer who suggested they leave the scene.
In his word:
“We were at a party, and I heard that Burnaboy had just walked in. I’m a huge fan of Burna; I left where I was because I wanted to go and greet him. I asked if I could say hi to burna, and they asked why? That was when I just withdrew, so people thought it was his bouncers bouncing, me, but it was my bouncer that told me, ‘Oga make we comot for here’.
“I’m not even sure Burna saw me, because I don’t think he’ll see me one on one, and he’ll tell me not to greet him. I know how many times I’ve told my bouncer, let them come greet me, if I lose them, would you pay me?
“These are the people who put me there. It is people who voted. It’s just like politics; if we vote you, we need access to you so if we vote you and we’ve made you a millionaire and you’re coming out to do buga.”
