Ayra Starr & Kelly Rowland – Bloody Samaritan (Remix)
Ayra Starr, the sensational Nigerian songstress and Mavin princess, collaborated with Grammy award-winning American artist Kelly Rowland on the remix of her previously heard hit single “Bloody Samaritan“.
The duo first hinted at the collaboration in January, when Ghanaian-American author Larry Ossei-Mensah approached both singers with the idea of working together on the song.
Mensah tagged both singers in an Instagram story video of himself driving with the song playing in the background and wrote, “I need this collab to happen for the culture, please!”
Rowland and Starr both reposted the video on their Instagram pages, assuring fans that they were interested in collaborating.
On Tuesday, the 19 and Dangerous artiste shared a picture of herself and Rowland on her Instagram page, confirming the release of the remix.
“Super excited to share this with you all. Someone I’ve always wanted to work with and it’s on my song Bloody Samaritan…the beautiful legend @kellyrowland out tomorrow!!!” she wrote in the caption
