Talented and versatile Ghanaian sensational rapper, Black Sherif has unveiled how he was able to get Burna Boy on the remix of his song “Black Sermon“.
The singer disclosed what a lot of people have been itching to hear because in all honesty, no one saw that remix coming. We all woke up to it and it was an instant hit.
Now, people have been wondering how he was able to get the African Giant on the single. It would seem like a big feat to actually get Burna Boy on your song but no one expected Black Sherif to do so and with a quickness.
The original version to the single ‘Black Sermon’ following with the remix were both released in the year 2021. The singer actually made this disclosure on live performance platform, Glitch Africa.
On Glitch Africa’s interview of him, the rapper made it clearly known that he got a courtesy connection and link up with Burna through someone on Burna Boy’s team, who told him how he loved the song and was a big fan of the music.
He also said he got to speak with Burna Boy, but they didn’t talk about the remix until later. He revealed that Burna Boy sent in his verse while he was on tour.
