MISS ERUDITE NIGERIA SETS TO EQUIP OVER 1000 PUPILS WITH SCHOOL MATERIALS (SEE DETAILS)

Miss Erudite Nigeria is a Pageantry Show that has faced fast growth in the
industry since its inception this year. The event saw the crowning of a beautiful,
eloquent, hardworking, and businesswoman, as the Winner of the first edition of
this amazing pageant show. Princess Akabueze hails from Imo State and is a fresh
student of the University of Ilorin. One of her obligations as the reigning Queen is to
ensure societal stability and encourage a sense of hope among people. She has
taken it as a duty upon herself to kick off her projects by introducing a rare
opportunity to study for young children. The first project is tagged ‘EDUCATE A
CHILD’. This project aims at equipping over 1000 pupils in primary schools in
different localities with school materials, which can be regarded as a necessary
tool for effective and efficient learning.

People tend to worry about what a child will become tomorrow, yet we forget
that he is someone today. A child must know that he is a miracle, that since the
beginning of the world there hasn’t been, and until the end of the world there will
not be, another child like him. It is very much easier to build strong children than
to repair broken adults.

The impact of Education on the general behaviors of a child cannot be
overemphasized. It improves and enlightens children to visible opportunities of
becoming the best version of themselves in the nearer future. It also erases the
criminal potentiality in the minds of young ones. It is believed that the
environment one lives in speaks a lot about the kind of person one is. However, this
project will improve productivity and eradicate self-destruction caused by
ignorance.

The project will see to the distribution of these materials to each and every pupil
of the various schools to be visited. The materials include School bags, exercise
books, socks, erasers, pencils, biros, and so many other school materials. It is
saddening that some pupils in some schools still use polythene bags to carry
books to school. This act portrays the level of understanding of the wards of these
children about the value of education.

In her words, Princess Nmesoma Akabueze, Miss Erudite Nigeria 2021 has noted
that the project will only take place in localities in order to encourage education
at the grassroots. It is well-known fact that people in localities tend to prioritize
some other things over education. Therefore the project is aimed to change the
narratives of the belief of the people and set their minds straight to the fact that
kids can study without fear of bully or punishment for lack of school materials.

As expected, the target of this project isn’t small rather a very huge number. This
is touching the lives of about 1000 households. Miss Erudite Nigeria 2021 is
committed to promoting the value of education and disrupt possible future crises
as a result of lack of school materials which is very necessary for smooth
assimilation of studies. This project is one that is supported by great and honest
personalities in the society, whose common goals have motivated the preparation
for the distribution of these school items.

Miss Erudite Nigeria will continue to remain committed to advancing goodwill
gestures towards the society, towards the needy. The platform trains Ladies on
taking on responsibilities and achieving big dreams irrespective of the odds.
