Jay-Z Ft The-Dream – Holy Grail (Original)
It’s no news that various hit songs you know have writing assistance from professional writers. Jay-Z‘s 2013 hit “Holy Grail” is no exception.
Though fans certainly remember the original version, which featured the vocals from singer and actor Justin Timberlake, it appears The Dream was the original writer behind the song.
This revelation was made known during a songwriter’s battle between Dream and Sean Garrett on social media and Dream pulled the card.
Before he sampled the track, he said “JAY’s probably gonna kill me for playing this.” Lol!
