Customers really got agitated with GTB officials as the bank closed early without prior notice to customers. Customers came trooping in after two o clock only to find out the bank closed by two, the angry customers stayed and waited at the bank wanting to speak to the bank manager and also allowing a man who had dollars to change to go in while leaving them out since two. The chief security officer could do nothing but to call the police on the customers. This made a heavy scene and confrontation with the police. Although the police were powerless at the end but pleaded with the customers to be calm and resolve it Monday with the bank manager
