Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly preparing to begin talks with Marcus Rashford as they look to strengthen their attack ahead of the new Premier League season.
The North London club is said to be monitoring the Manchester United forward’s uncertain future and is interested in bringing him to Tottenham this summer. However, reports suggest Spurs are not willing to meet Rashford’s reported £40 million release clause and will instead try to negotiate a lower transfer fee.

Despite Tottenham’s interest, Rashford is reportedly still hoping for a move outside England. Following the end of his loan spell, the England international is said to favour a transfer to FC Barcelona if an agreement can be reached.
