Awase is the first album by Makurdi-base Nigeria hip-hop artist “Billion Monk”. Featuring guest appearance from fellow “Ayatutu Entertainment” label mates Teekay Tipsey and Jay.
The album “Awase boasts of 16 tracks and was worked on by some of the leading music producers in Makurdi, Including Baba “Slowingz” and “Dj Loxzy”.
According to “Billion Monk” the album “Awase” is multi-genre in nature; Hip-hop, Tiv Pop and trap and its titled after a woman, his elder sister, mother and best friend who is now dead. “Billion Monk” reveals “Awase” is the motivation of the album.
